About

Wilsons are the oldest trading bookbinders in the UK, having been established since 1830. They can offer several types of bindings including fine leather bindings, journal and thesis, family bibles and restorations.

J S Wilson & Son started life in Trinity Street, Cambridge and has only moved four times since 1830. Customers include Cambridge University and Cambridge colleges, museums, government offices and private individuals. Opening hours of business are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturdays they are usually open, but please contact them by phone or e-mail first for confirmation. Upon visiting, parking is easy and free.

If you are an amateur bookbinder and are looking for small amounts of bookbinding material these can be supplied to you. If you are travelling by bus from Cambridge you would need the C3 which stops in Wadloes Road.
